All appointments canceled within 24 hours of appointment will be charged a 30% cancellation fee No shows will result in a 30% appointment fee and will no longer be allowed to book with Hair by Chelsea Blake No refunds, I will gladly fix anything for free within a week of your hair appointment ❤️
